McKenzie is our Operations Director and has worked for the Strive Group for five years.
As the Operations Director, McKenzie leads our UK Sales Teams whilst overseeing the Global Operational side of the business, making sure we have the people, processes and systems in place to perform at our best. Having been with the Strive Group for over five years, McKenzie has played a key role in helping the business grow by building strong teams and creating an environment where people can thrive.
Passionate about developing people and helping them reach their full potential – whether it’s coaching managers, improving the way we work, or removing barriers that allow the team to focus on what they do best, her goal is to create a high-performing, collaborative culture that delivers exceptional results for both our clients and candidates.
