Callum has over 5 years’ of recruitment experience, purely focused on Product and Engineering.

At Runtime, Callum works with early-stage VC based startups within AI, Developer Tools, Cyber Security & The Modern Data Stack.

Whilst he has a global remit, Callum has a strong focus on the US, specifically within San Francisco & NYC.

Callum is a Specialist within AI/ML Engineering, AI/ML Research & Data Engineering, – and is well versed in Software Engineering and Product Design also.
