We’re growing the APAC team from 1 → 2. Early enough that you actually shape how this goes, not just inherit someone else’s playbook.

The job, honestly:

You show up after the client’s already sold. Your work starts where the sales conversation ends.

🧩 Sit with clients, figure out what they’re actually trying to build

⚡ Get something working in front of them fast – not “on the roadmap,” now

🔧 If the platform can’t quite do it yet, you build the workaround yourself

📡 Take what you learn back to engineering – not a complaint, intel

What you’ll bring:

🐍 Python, TypeScript, or Go — 2 of 3, fluently

🐳 Docker + Linux you can actually troubleshoot

🤖 Real experience with agentic systems, inference, or fine-tuning

🗣️ Comfortable dealing directly with customers – you’ve sat in the room

🧠 Curiosity that doesn’t quit when the problem’s one you’ve never seen
