🌐 The Opportunity

You’ll serve as the technical lead for strategic enterprise customers, deploying an AI SRE platform into complex production environments, resolving reliability challenges, and turning operational pain into product insight.

A highly technical, customer-facing role with direct impact on roadmap, adoption, and production success.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Deploy & optimize the AI SRE platform in production
• Monitor deployments & uncover reliability risks
• Advise customers on best practices
• Architect scalable, resilient infrastructure
• Lead incident reviews & improvements
• Train SRE / DevOps teams
• Act as the voice of the customer to Product & Engineering

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering
• Customer-centric mindset & strong communication
• Code understanding (Python, Go, Java, etc.)
• Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Kubernetes + Infrastructure as Code
• CI/CD & observability tooling
• Active user of AI tools 🤖
