Meet Luke.

Luke is our Global Head of Product & Engineering and has worked at Runtime for one year.

Luke has over 8 years’ of recruitment experience, purely focused on Product and Engineering.

At Runtime, Luke works with early-stage VC backed startups from Seed to Series D (with a particular focus on Seed to Series B).

With a primarily US-focused remit, Luke’s work is led from New York and San Francisco, with projects across EMEA also.

Focusing mainly in AI, DevTools, Robotics and Data, Luke is language agnostic, covering all areas of the SDLC, from pure engineering, to DevOps and Infra – all the way through to business focused engineers such as FDE’s.
